• The total number of children not in school around the world is 120 million - that's 120 million kids who will never get the chance to go to school, to get an education or the opportunity to learn.

• 35,000 children die in Africa every single day from disease, poverty and natural disasters like earthquakes, cyclones and tsunamis. These disasters also destroy existing schools and classrooms, making it so important that they get rebuilt as soon as possible!

• Over the past ten years with the Aussie students help, SchoolAid has helped 230,000 students across the country raise over $2.5 million and distributed it to programs in Australia and worldwide for kids in need.
